For written feedback, corrections or enquiries, email us at [email protected]; we don't run phone support or take private DMs. One thing worth flagging: anyone who contacts you claiming to be "Gateway Guide support" and asks for money, a password or a verification code is impersonating us. Ignore them. We never reach out to users first, and we will never ask for your account details or private keys.

Corrections and suggestions

If you spot an error, something out of date, or a dead link in an article, that's exactly the feedback we want. Our corrections page explains how it's handled: we verify it, update the page, and log it publicly where it makes sense.

Account and trading issues

Anything to do with your actual Gate account — sign-in, deposits and withdrawals, risk controls, funds and so on — is something we have no power and no way to handle. Please contact Gate's official support directly. This site is not Gate; we don't have your account information and we will never ask you for it.
